To:
District House of Delegates (Chapter Presidents or alternates, elected district officers, active past district presidents who are living in FWD and are members of FWD chapters).
When:
3:00 pm, Sunday, April 27, 2025.
Online - ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Once registered, you will receive confirmation and reminder emails with a link to the "virtual lobby" where you can join the meeting when it starts.

Delegate Credential form:
In lieu of the credential form, each delegate must regester online as a "Chapter Delegate" and choose their chapter. A chapter may be selected only one time, thus assuring the one delegate per chapter rule is enforced.
Eligibility (Voting members):
One delegate or alternate from each chapter, elected district officers, and past district presidents living in FWD and who are paid-up members of an FWD chapter in good standing.
Non-voting members:
Delegates from chapters on licensed status, or newly formed groups on the date of the meeting, chapter counselors, committee chairmen, visitors and Society officials. Please register as a "Visitor" (or BHS/HFI rep if appropriate).
Quorum:
Thirty percent of the eligible House of Delegates members (no proxies).
Recognition:
Only members of the House of Delegates will be recognized for floor privileges.
Visitors:
Visitors are cordially invited to attend the House of Delegates meeting, but are requested to remain on Mute during the meeting.
Show by your prompt attendance and attention that you are sincerely interested in the business and progress of the Far Western District.
